Sri Lanka Ancient Capital Tour - Anuradhapura was the first capital in Sri Lanka, and was established on the banks of the Malwatu Oya in the 5th Century BC. Influenced by Buddhism, this city later emerged as a powerful kingdom as well as a sophisticated civilization centre that lasted almost 1300 years. The city is a UNESCO world heritage site. 1 Airport – Anuradhapura

2 Anuradhapura - Sigiriya

After Breakfast check - out from the hotel and leave for Sigiriya. Referred by locals as the Eighth Wonder of the World, this ancient palace and fortress complex has significant archaeological importance and attracts thousands of tourists every year.
 
Overnight Stay at Hotel in Sigiriya.
 
3 Sigiriya - Kandy

After Breakfast check - out from the hotel and leave for Kandy. 
 
On the way visit the Dambulla Cave Temple and visit a Spice Garden in Matale where you can smell and taste the authentic essences of Sri Lanka while having herbal relaxation from head to shoulder

4 Kandy - Pinnawala - Airport

After breakfast check - out from the hotel.  Visit the Elephant Orphanage on your way to colombo. Pinnawala Elephant orphanage allows you to take wonderful photographs with the largest mammal on Land.
