Leaving from Katunayake air port and arrival at Los Angeles airport (LAX). You will be greeted by your friendly tour guide at the airport. He or she will guide you to your hotel and assist you with the check-in.
After breakfast at the hotel , The tour group will depart Los Angeles driving through the scenic Mojave Desert to arrive in Las Vegas - The Pearl in the Desert. You'll have the night to yourself. You may join our Las Vegas Night Tour or see one of the many award-winning shows the city has to offer! Please sign up today to travel to either the Grand Canyon West or South. If you don't do this, you may not be able to join the Grand Canyon tour.
After breakfast at the hotel. We'll begin the third day with a drive to the Hoover Dam in the morning and see North America's largest artificial lake - Lake Mead, and after you will visit one of the most famous Seven Natural Wonders in the World - the Grand Canyon! *Note:You will have the choice of either visiting the Grand Canyon West Rim or South Rim with different additional fees.
After breakfast , You will depart from your hotel in the morning and head to the Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Botanical Cactus Garden just outside of the Strip. Ethel M Chocolate Factory and Cactus Gardens is quite the adventure. It attracts millions of tourists a year. You can see chocolates being made, sample gourmet treats and meander through the maze of paths at the Botanical Cactus Gardens at no charge. You'll enjoy the optional buffet brunch in Las Vegas and depart from Las Vegas after. On the way back to Los Angeles you'll stop by the famous Tanger Outlet Center where you'll be able to satisfy all your shopping needs. You will arrive in Los Angeles by the evening. After breakfast at the hotel, You will depart from Los Angeles in the morning and head towards Santa Barbara along the scenic Pacific Coast Highway. After there will be a drive to Solvang, where you can enjoy the town's rich Dutch heritage. We'll then pass by Silicon Valley.
After breakfast, During the morning, we will visit Stanford University that is recognized as one of the world's leading research and teaching institutions. It was built in 1891 by railroad tycoon - Leland Stanford. Next, we'll cross the Bay Bridge to enchanting San Francisco to see the legendary Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Wharf, Lombard Street, Palace of Fine Arts and more. You may take a bay cruise at your own cost and sail under the Golden Gate Bridge and Bay Bridge, pass by the Alcatraz Island, Angel Island and Treasure Island. At around 3 p.m., you will have free time to explore the city on your own or opt for another San Francisco tour at your own cost (optional). The additional tour will cover Cathedral of Saint Mary of the Assumption, Twin Peaks, San Francisco Civic Center, The Castro, Cliff House and San Francisco City Hall.
During the morning, we’ll head to Felton, Calif. – a replica of an 1880s logging town - in the Santa Cruz Mountains to make a stop at Roaring Camp Railroads! You’ll have the option of taking a scenic ride aboard this nostalgic steam railroad train for an additional cost. The adventure will take you through remarkable redwood forests full of massive trees as you learn the history of the railroad and town. It will truly be a memorable experience. Afterwards, we’ll head to the gorgeous Monterey Peninsula. We’ll feel the gentle sea breeze and hear the surging waves crashing against uniquely shaped rocks. We may see sea lions and seals frolicking about. We’ll take the famous 17-Mile Drive (admission included) along the stunning Central California coast seeing world class golf courses including Pebble Beach, multimillion dollar mansions and many lookout points.
In the morning we'll depart the hotel. Stretching beyond the Sierra Nevada Range lies our destination for today – the Yosemite National Park! Sheer granite cliffs, magnificent waterfalls, tranquil valleys are the wonders make up Yosemite, a fairyland everywhere you look! Towering trees, mountains and streams, glacier- polished cliffs and sparkling lakes call this paradise home! Sight see the world’s most fantastic sites including the large granite monoliths like El Capitan, the tallest waterfall in all of America, the Yosemite Falls; Yosemite Valley, Half Dome, Bridalveil Falls, and much more as surprises come one after another! Or just simply take a walk in the woods, breathe the sweet and fresh forest morning air! After lunch, travel across the Central Valley of California, where half of the fruits, nuts and vegetables grown in America are produced and makes California the largest Agriculture State in the country. We'll return to Los Angeles in the evening and finish our pleasant San Francisco – Yosemite tours. If you wish to fly out of LAX on that same day, please make sure to arrange your U.S. domestic flight to depart after 9:30 p.m. or your international flight to depart after 10:30pm. Or extra night in Los Angels can be taken with an additional cost.
